All families (except those who paid tuition in full) are set up in SMART for automatic tuition payments from either your checking, savings, or credit card.
Please submit your completed Tuition Agreement and ensure that your SMART account has been finalized. For those families paying monthly tuition, if you have not received a SMART welcome email, your account is not set up and your children are not fully registered at St. Pius X.

Athletic, Cafeteria, Extended Day payments:
All Athletic, Cafeteria, Extended Day, Field Trip, payments are to be made in the Business Office either by mail or in person. Please ensure that your child’s name, grade, and reason for payment are clearly labeled. The afterhours drop box (located by Ms. Mindy’s desk) is also available for payments.
Extended Day payments will be paid directly to the Business Office due on the 1st of each month beginning in September with the final payment made on May 1, 2017. Drop-in Extended Day payments will be paid directly to the school office by the Monday following use of our Extended Day program. Past due accounts will accrue late fees and become ineligible to use our Extended Day program
Cafeteria accounts are to be kept current. If your cafeteria account falls more than three (3) days delinquent, your child will need to bring a sack lunch from home until payment is received.
After teams have been announced, athletic fees must be paid in order to receive a uniform.
